Version 3.1.0 is CRAP

Ever since I upgraded to this version in February 2015, the HUE app CRASHES. It crashes on my iPad Air 2 and my iPhone 6 Plus. The app won’t even launch. My Hue Lights no longer respond. I tried rebooting and reconnecting the bridge but it is the App itself that will not launch and winds up crashing.
